BSF Puliyogare Mix:
Cook 1/2 kg of rice. Heat 4 Tbs of Oil. Add BSF puliyogare Mix. Fry the Mix for 1 min. Add the boiled rice to the mixture and mix well.
Your favourite puliyogare is now ready to serve.

BSF Mango Pickle Mix:
Select firm Sour green mangoes, wash and wipe dry, cut in to pieces. Add the vigetable oil/ Mustered oil. Add BSF Mango pickle mix and mix thoroughly you may add about 25g of clean Garlic if desired.
Keep the mixture for Two days and transfer the same in to airtight container.
To prepare Pickle from this Mix is easy, economical and best in quality and taste.
